Hospital Concierge Services will do almost everything for patients that medical staff aren’t required to do to make their hospital stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The Concierge consults with head nurses and patient relations administrators to find out how they can meet the needs of newly admitted patients and those who stay for extended periods. The Concierge organizes services to help patients, family members and visitors with daily needs that may otherwise be difficult to meet in a typical hospital setting.
Examples of services that the Concierge can provide are:
- Greeting of new patients and family members to your Hospital
- Assist patients get settled in their rooms and ensure that their nonclinical questions are answered
- Service Requests such as arranging in room spa services, specialty menu selections and delivery, beauty salon and barber services, household service requests, information research, hotel recommendation and reservations
